Join our team as : Core System Integration Specialist

This position addresses an engineer in Nokia SoftwareBusiness Group Core Services & Care team to carry out end to end serviceactivities including planning, installation, configuration, integration,testing and fault investigation and rectification on Core products for mobile& cloud technology of Nokia.

Expected tasks :

  • Network implementation tasks (installation, configuration, integration)
  • SW maintenance activities such as installation and test of technical / change notes / change deliveries
  • Technical / customer acceptance testing
  • Advanced technical support tasks including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • On-site support at customers premises
  • Basic requirements :

  • Understanding / knowledge about telecommunicationnetworks
  • Good knowledge of Unix / Linux and IP
  • Good knowledge of database systems
  • Good knowledge of core network products and expertise with SBC or SDM domain
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
  • Ability to work in a project team
  • Strong solution-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and ready for new challenges
  • Flexible to travel
  • Responsibilities :

  • Network implementation tasks (planning, installation, configuration, integration)

  • Advanced technical support tasks including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • On-site support at customers premises
  • Execution of above activities in other support-site / country if needed
  • Participation in 24-hour emergency support activities
  • Consultancy & support to pre-sales activities / customer
