As a member of the Global Support Group the candidate undertake support functions as a Product Support Engineer. The Product Support team is a cross functional team of Support Engineers providing both maintenance support and Professional Services to our global client-
base. Due to the complex nature of FICO’s solutions and tools, the support team is staffed with technical engineers, who are experts on our software and the industries we serve.
The candidate must be a strong team player who will enjoy being part of a friendly but hard working client focused team that cares passionately about providing the highest possible levels of service and client satisfaction.
In this hands-on role, the Product Support Engineer will interact with all levels of management across Support, Professional Services, Development and Clients to prioritize and resolve clients’ technical and application issues for FICO’s Fraud Management Products, and related tools.
