Category Team plan and coordinate the category sales strategy of responsible category and ensure profitable growth and long-

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum 3 years of Category Management experience in retail / e-commerce business, especially home category
  • Experienced in category management, product management, commercial operations and sales report analysis,
  • Dominate the marketplace model,
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion and team working skills
  • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • High level analytical skills
  • Team management and coaching experience
  • Active user of MS Office programs
  • YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Developing business relations with local brands and distributors of worldwide known brands in retail sector,
  • Understanding the consumer and leading operations required maximize customer satisfaction management of all commercial operations,
  • Buying Management; negotiatons on trade-terms, preparing the budget plan together with the planning team and making brand collection selection,
  • Dynamic pricing & stock management,
  • Partnering with marketing teams for the best shopping experience,
  • Management of all commercial operations,
  • Leading & coaching a team,
