Engineering Manager FlightControl Systems
Wouldyou like to provide engineering expertise in Flight Control Systems to designand develop an air vehicle? We currently havean exciting vacancy for a in Flight Control Systems Engineer working with our highly experienced team in the cosmopolitan city of Ankara, Turkey.
In this role youwill be Responsiblefor development of a fast jet flight control system to preliminary designmaturity. Accountable to the Vehicle Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead
Your main responsibilitiesas a Engineering Manager Flight Control Systems will involve :
Lead the Designand development of a fast jet flight control system (actuation systems / controlsystem architecture and specification / software definition / system integration)including : -
oRequirements capture and management.
oArchitecture definition, trade studies andspecification.
oSupplier selection, management andequipment engineering.
oSystem analysis, safety analysis, modellingand simulation.
oSystem integration at Air Vehicle level;Interface with Airframe Design.
oQualification, certification andverification planning.
oSupport development of plans, programmesand statements of work.
Deliver work to agreed time, cost and quality. Report progressand raise issues to manager.
Lead and contribute to meetings and present work to customer,management and other stakeholders.
Operate under the governance of the Chief Engineer andappropriate company procedures.
Your skills andqualifications :
Degree qualified or equivalent in an engineering relatedsubject
Extensive relevant experience in the development andqualification of aircraft flight control systems including specification of thecontrol solution
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem solving ability
Good team worker but able to operate autonomously asrequired
