Design, develop and lead the marketing agenda for the related brand(s) in Turkey. Build strong and sustainable equity behind the core brands under the assigned responsibility and deliver consistently sales, market share and financials targets .
KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES
Define in alignment with global and regional teams the marketing strategies to drive category and brand growth in Turkey.
Initiate, build and nurture strong relationship with regional / global teams to secure endorsement of local plans and growth ambitions.
Design, develop / adapt and implement ATL and BTL marketing campaigns aimed at improving the brand funnel to generate consistent volume and value share gains.
Pioneer digital transformation and adapt new ways of working to meet changing consumer needs and trends.
Build collaborative relationships with creative and media agencies for improving service & quality of brand assets.
Execute with excellence the action plans embedded into the strategies in Turkey.
Closely follow-up changing consumer trends and prepare / implement the CMI plans to measure brand attributes and campaign effectiveness.
Design, develop and manage medico-marketing campaigns / activities and develop compelling content to build competitive edge with HCPs and Pharmacists.
Own and lead KOL management with the medical manager.
Engage cross-functional team (regulatory, sales, medical, trade marketing, digital) to ensure perfect executions of all the campaigns and marketing programs.
Work with enabling functions (supply chain, procurement, etc.) to ensure the business priorities and needs.
Closely follow-up competitive actions and raise the requests for complaints if needed with regulatory and medical. Quickly align & manage the response to incoming complaints.
Build collaborative relationship with field force via regular visits to collect insights and competitive information.
Manage A&P budget for the brand(s) : define the investment and media mix, track the expenditure on monthly basis and ensure to achieve the expected ROI out of the invested budget.
Develop a sizable and meaningful pipeline of innovation (NPLs, switches, re-packaging) in order to generate growth over and above the core-business performance.
Ensure NPLs are successfully launched with the right level of support and with the right tools to generate a fast consumer adoption.
Prepare forecasting and P&L analysis of the assigned products in order to support business decisions and meet the financials targets set in budget
Proper Representation of the business in meetings with internal & external stakeholders.
Continuously search and work for further opportunities to grow the brand(s).
Manage ad-hoc requests & emerging needs related to brand(s).

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE
Bachelor’s degree in a reputable university
Master Degree in Marketing management or MBA a plus
Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing
Turkish - must
English full professional proficiency
