Main Job Purpose

Customer Development (CD) Excellence department is responsiblefor a smooth and cost effective operation between the company,customers, distributors and specific third parties.

The key challenge of therole is to develop consistency and effectiveness in Unilever CustomerDevelopment Departmant.

MainResponsibilities

CD Operations Executive isresponsible of managing cost-effectiveness and procurement for Unilever CDOperations.

Works closely with ProcurementDepartmant to make yearly planning & procurement of any area to createeffectiveness in sales operation.

E.g. Fleet Leasing & Management, MealTickets, Clothing, Land Property Management, Automobile Insurance are the mainareas)

Measures sales team’s route costs,km / lt analysis regularly, reports and finds ways to create cost-effectiveness.

Keeps track of speed limits foraccident risk reports, takes action in non-compliant situations.

Manages relationship betweendistributors and 3rd parties.

Key requirements :

  • Highanalytical thinking and data analysis passion.
  • Stronginterpersonal to collaborate with peers in cross functional teams and to manage3rd party relationships.
  • Anapproach of keeping business and consumer focus in center in every aspect ofthe job.
  • 2-3years of relevant experience in Sales or FMCG is a plus but not a requirement.
