Duties and Responsibilities :
Performs the daily IT operation in order to continue the operation of the core banking system software, which is the financing application.
Executes the duties determined in the Information Systems Management Policy and Implementation Procedures approved by the Board of Directors.
Controls the effectiveness of information systems and reports the information technologies risks encountered.
Monitors the accessibility, performance, quality of the service received within the scope of external / outsourced service in information technologies, security breaches that occur within the scope of this service, and the security checks, financial conditions and contract compliance of the external service provider.
Performs IT event and problem management.
Performs network management, solves network related problems and hardware problems of branch personnel.
Performs disaster recovery test.
When necessary, launches new software and applications with the approval of the Board of Directors or the General Manager.
Monitors developments in information technologies sector and informs the Board of Directors of new approaches and successful practices in information technologies.
Coordinates the activities carried out within the scope of the Information Technologies Data Backup Process (determining the critical data to be backed up, creating the Backup Plan, testing the media inventory and ensuring the accuracy, etc.
in compliance with the business requirements.
Participates in projects in line with the needs of the institution, provides technical opinions and evaluations to decision makers, advises managers on building improvement and conducts research related to them.
Coordinates efforts to ensure that information technologies processes comply with existing information technologies policies, procedures, standards and instructions.
Professional Experience :
Having at least 7 years or more experience
