One of our business partner which is the global market leader in enterprise application software is looking for DATA HUB CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERT to bring their talents to the Research & Development team in Istanbul.
As an expert you will act as development support for internal and external clients using your technical and interpersonal skills.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, ideally CS Degree,
Good knowledge of data base architectures and ideally Hadoop,
Proficient in Linux system administration,
Fluent in at least 2 of these languages : Java, C++, Python, Ruby, Bash Scripting, SQL,
Experience with Performance analysis and optimization,
Knowledge of Networking and Object Oriented Design skills,
Experience in system architecture, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and large-scale engineering challenges are prefered,
Familiar with debugging and analyzing complex problems,
Able to work in an agile development environment which requires the individual to be self-driven, take decisions independently and be flexible to cater to demand,
Be comfortable while working in a collaborative team environment and have a strong customer service mindset,
Travel to customer site for onsite support will be required from time to time.
Resolve technical issues through research, reproduction, debugging,
Responsible for handling customer escalations,
Develop knowledge base content,
Provide feedback to and work hand-in-hand with development to continuously improve supportability features and the documentation.
