JOB DESCRIPTION

ONLINE / E-COMMERCE ACTIVITIES

Define the online go-to-marketstrategy for the affiliate, in close relationship with brands and the regionaland affiliate leadership teams, covering all online channels (brand.

com,retailer.com, pure players and other platforms) as well as omnichannelopportunities

Contribute to defining onlinesales targets together with brands

Plan and coordinate allactivities of the brand sites of the affiliate and retailers e-shops, inpartnership and alignment with each brand

Stay abreast of Market as well asRegional competitive activity and trends and identify needs in existingactivities, and investigate new e-

commerce opportunities, in particular throughpure players

Work with Local brands and management toidentify online retailer partnerships and explore new opportunities withauthorized retail partners

Negotiate the yearly marketing calendarand coop investment for the eretailers of the market in close collaborationwith all brand and / or key account managers, together with the eRetailer KAM

PAID MEDIAACTIVITIES

Activelyparticipate in the Brands’ overall paid media strategy development, annualplanning and monthly review process, as well as in the definition of theiroptimal paid media mix

Propose theoptimal paid digital media investment levels and digital media mix to achievethe agreed Brand and Online growth and profit targets for each Brand

Responsiblefor relationship management of digital paid media agencies and partnerships

DIGITALTRANSFORMATION, DATA ANALYTICS

Monitor other company’s digital innovation strategies

Advise and support the affiliate leadership team on digital-related topics.Think 3-5 years ahead

Lead the cultural change towards a digital mindset. Drive diffusion of adigital-first culture throughout the affiliate

Support capability building and best-practice sharing by providing hands-onsupport to brands

Propose and drive digital projects forthe affiliate, in close relationship with the EMEA Regional team, leveragingtest & learn approaches

Develop data analytics expertise andcapabilities

Train Consumer Marketing teams in how touse and leverage consumer data to generate Consumer Insights and improveadvertising efficiency and effectiveness

Coordinate activities in the affiliatewithin the Digital community; contribute to defining how the teams should beorganized and what the relevant profiles are for the various activities

Improve the familiarity with and use ofdigital tools across the organization as part of cultural transformation

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Min. 6-7 years extensive experience in digitalmarketing & performance marketing

Background in e-commerce, online retail and / or digitalmarketing agency a plus

Experience in both E-Commerce and DigitalMarketing, in particular track record of driving online business and digitalactivities

Exceptional in performance marketing

Experience in working w / brands anddigital marketing agencies

Strong leadership skills

Ability to inspire and influence others

Adaptive, creative and energetic

Collaborative mindset
