We are looking for a high-calibre "Business Manager " to one of our multinational leader clients in paint manufacturing / coating industry.
Ideal candidate will be responsible from Refinish Business Unit for the automotive market.
The main goals and objectives of a Business Manager include the following :
Achieving annual sales plans for sales growth and key sales objectives while managing costs, receivables and expenses within required targets,
Developing and implementing a country business plan to support growth by identifying target markets, customers, end-users and segments,
Establishing close professional relations with all major account customers at the level of decision makers as well as influencers, through structured and planned regular customer visits,
Willing to take responsibility for customer satisfaction and drive company performance to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained,
Following-up continuously market feedback from the territory to company; understanding and identify industry trends & initiatives,
Monitoring and ensuring dealer’s business plan : Managing the sales cycle; proffessional coordination, follow-up and management of the distributor team members and distributor end user accounts to achieve distributor plan - establishing good relations and professional trust with them,
Managing direct accounts : Directing and managing existing and potential customers,
Preparing departmental forecasts and budgets, P&L responsibility and building strategic plans,
Managing all activities in compliance with EHS goals, quality, business conduct and code of ethics policies.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's Degree in a business related discipline, (Business, Engineering..etc.)
Sales experience and OEM client management in automotive market, (>
Bilingual in English. (Excellent verbal and written communication)
Skills and Knowledge
Very good communicator at all levels; ability to communicate with all customers from senior management through to technicians.

Strong analytical, financial and problem solving skills both verbal and in writing, presentations, meetings and one-to-one negotiations,
