We seek for ' Accounting & Finance Manager' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Power Grids in Dudullu location with below qualifications,
Enforces ABB Group Accounting Standards, compliance with ABB’s Accounting and Reporting Guidelines, local GAAP and Internal Control over Financial Reporting with ABB Group Charter.
Ensures transparency in financial reporting and enhances and manages internal control environment,
Oversee the financial reporting activities as liaison between GBS HUB and Business.
Arranges and leads internal business review meetings and tracks action plans reinforcing guidance on accounting principles,
Focus the transition of the accounting activities to GBS HUB following the GBS FO Finance Service Catalog,
Create, track and support accounting KPI’s,
Drives cross-functional accounting projects seeking standardization and centralization of accounting activities seeking process efficiency, mitigation of risks and cost control,
Accounting guidelines : Leading enforcement and implementation of internal accounting and reporting guidelines and compliance with external accounting regulations.
Assisting with guideline interpretation for internal partner groups,
Ensures internal / external audits and other statutory audits are handled with high standards and in a professional manner and the findings are addressed and resolved in a timely way,
Leads and supervises GBS Finance front office personnel. Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
Guides, motivates and develops direct / indirect subordinates within HR policies,
Develops and implements strategic plan for the GBS Finance front office and participates in strategic planning as a member of the CFO’s management team.
Coordinates preparation and enforces the GBS Finance front office budget. Guides, motivates, develops and set targets for the GBS Finance front office staff and the GBS Finance front office as a whole,
Drives implementation of best practices and continuous optimization of local processes to gain efficiencies and drive productivity gains.
Drives harmonization and standardization locally in line with Group solutions and best practices and assists in development of global solutions,
Manages relationship with business partners to ensure that services are defined and delivered as agreed. Develops and maintains Service Level Agreements with business partners.
Arranges and drives internal customer review meetings on a regular basis and tracks mutually agreed action plan.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or related fields
MSc degree in Business Administration is a plus,
Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, team management experience is a must
Very good command of written and spoken English & Turkish,
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications,
Very good knowledge of SAP, USGAAP, IFRS and local GAAP
Analytical thinking, result oriented and self-motivated
Good communication and negotiation skills required
Strong risk management skills
Completed military service for male applicants.
