  • Develop initial project plans definingimplementation schedule, scope and all project milestones
  • Ensuresales forecast accuracy by following and challenging sales team targets, onbaseline promotions and launches
  • Develop deep customer knowledge on supplyrules and policy, timelines, stock equation and creates environment for bettersales planning
  • Anticipate on possible sales fluctuationsinteracting with sales team
  • Aggregate the total sales forecasts, thenanalyze all available facts and figures to identify potential gaps
  • Communicate objective feedback supported withanalysis, proposes adjustment to key stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain,Finance, Trade Marketing, Marketing) and validates the sales forecasts
  • Contributeto Forecasting Process of the company in cooperation with Demand Planning andMarketing Teams

  • 4 years’ university degree
  • Min. 5years of experience in FMCG (Supplementary experience : Sales, Supply Chain,Commercial, Finance)
  • Experiencein one of Sales Forecasting Tools is preferred
  • Have acommercial drive (results & solution focused, flexible / adaptable)
  • Stronganalytical problem solving skills
  • Excellentcommunication skills in English
  • Advancedlevel of MS Office Applications
  • Goodcommunication & Negotiation skills
  • Able towork in a group effectively
