Develop initial project plans definingimplementation schedule, scope and all project milestones
Ensuresales forecast accuracy by following and challenging sales team targets, onbaseline promotions and launches
Develop deep customer knowledge on supplyrules and policy, timelines, stock equation and creates environment for bettersales planning
Anticipate on possible sales fluctuationsinteracting with sales team
Aggregate the total sales forecasts, thenanalyze all available facts and figures to identify potential gaps
Communicate objective feedback supported withanalysis, proposes adjustment to key stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain,Finance, Trade Marketing, Marketing) and validates the sales forecasts
Contributeto Forecasting Process of the company in cooperation with Demand Planning andMarketing Teams
DO YOUHAVE WHAT IT TAKES
4 years’ university degree
Min. 5years of experience in FMCG (Supplementary experience : Sales, Supply Chain,Commercial, Finance)
Experiencein one of Sales Forecasting Tools is preferred
Have acommercial drive (results & solution focused, flexible / adaptable)
Stronganalytical problem solving skills
Excellentcommunication skills in English
Advancedlevel of MS Office Applications
Goodcommunication & Negotiation skills
Able towork in a group effectively
