Calculates the formulas, introduces them to the production, control the compliance at different production area. Conducts the using of new raw materials, semi-finished goods.
During introduction new technologies, equipment, reconstruction of production sections and lines, analyses compliance with the identified parameters and deviations initiate their review or revision,
In case of deviation from established norms in the using of raw / packaging materials, increasing waste, investigates causes, plans and initiates the necessary measures and controls their implementation and execution or makes formal, comprehensive proposals for their review,
Responsible for meeting the requirements of environmental care, labor and fire safety;in case of noncompliance with these norms, regulations and company policies takes measures to their removal and inform Line Leader, Sr.
Maintenance Engineer, CIEngineer, Section Manager, Director plant,
Develops measures and analyzes its performance according to result of internal and corporate audits, developed at the shop floor measures and aimed to improve production processes, existing procedures, requirements and instructions, controls and initiates timely reissuing of documents of ISO Standard;
prepares information for the meeting of the ISO Committee,
Carries disciplinary, administrative and in cases stipulated by law, criminal responsibility for untimely completing of the primary documents (including, but not limited to acts of work, services, acts of acceptance and transfer of wealth, invoices, agreements, contracts, reports, timesheets, orders, reports, etc.
and / or accounting registers, as well as invalid data, reflected in the primary documents and / or in the records of metering data, if the employee has developed and / or signed these documents.

Achieves annual Goals set and approved by direct manager in annual VLPD forms
Performs chief duties in case of his absence due to the important reasons (without release of main job duties) and is responsible for the proper performance of delegated duties and / or organizational authority at the same extent as performance of other duties and organizational authority under this job description.
Holding Bachelors degree on Food or Chemistry Engineering,
Good command in English,
Experience in production of at least 2 years.
Know and meet the requirements of normative acts related to environmental care, labor and fire safety,
Know and use the statutes, regulations, orders, policy, regulations and other guidance on technology training and production organization,
Know the production, technological equipment and principle of its work and technological processes, production technology, technical requirements for raw materials and finished goods;
standards and specifications, standards of raw materials costs, types of defects and how to prevent it.
Skills in measuring methods and statistical analysis usage,

Ability to communicate with people, communication, leadership.
