RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and execute the marketing plan and activities to grow customer base and revenue in the SMB segment.

  • Develop new campaigns & tariffs to grow SMB base and service revenue
  • Increase life time value of customers by developing new contract tools & improving existing ones
  • Track market share, sales performance, competitive position
  • Deliver excellent communications (events, ATL and BTL acitvities) that effectively cut through to decision makers in SMB segment
  • Coordinate market research to identify the customer needs
  • He / she is required to work closely with trade marketing, brand and marketing communications teams.
  • Manage Brand & Communication Budget for SMB Segment.
  • Deliver excellent communications (ATL and BTL acitvities) that effectively cut through to decision makers
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • BSc. degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in related field
  • Good at interpersonal skills & working in cross-functional teams
