We are looking for a FACILITY COORDINATOR for our client which is operating IT sector.


  • University degree preferably in Business Administration, engineering or a related field,
  • Knowledge in procuring 3rd Parties services in Consulting and different other Professional,
  • Services subcategories, including outsourcing service providers,
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate into purchasing requirements,
  • Apply advanced purchasing knowledge to execute sourcing projects,
  • Competency in MS Office applications and reporting,
  • Good command of written and spoken English is a must,
  • Act on own initiative and as part of a team,
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills,
  • Doer approach,
  • Ability to work independently and proactively (as he will be the first line of contact for the employees and managers),
  • Good Project Management Skills,
  • Flexibility, readiness of mind and sense of responsibility.

  • Manage the facility operations and security activities in all Turkey premises Oversees and manages all facility operations activities : Space management, Catering, Security, MGT company service (Gardening, Janitorial services, Parking, Cleaning services) and Waste management,
  • Provide onsite support for small projects and facility procurement,
  • Provide onsite support for all Security related issues (ID Cards, access cards, CCTV, alarms, security guards performance),
  • Supervises plans and coordinates the activities of maintenance and related assignments (AC, UPS, Electricity board, lighting automation energy management, etc),
  • Manage all facility SC, PO and invoices approval according to budget,
  • Develops and implements guidelines for local facility issues Management of all sub-contractors and their services,
  • Establish solid relationships with internal and external service providers, Business Partners and Executives,
  • Prepare and manage local budget, monitor and measure success over time,
  • Negotiation capabilities with contractors and vendors, in coordination with GPO,
  • Coordinate new projects activities of new buildings constructions, renovations and repairs,
  • Finalize contracts, report activity and results to the GFM according to guidelines and requirements,
  • Manages furniture inventory to include new purchases and maintenance and repair of existing furniture,
  • Manage the demands from ordering parties, Ensure high safety standards for building,
  • Provide front line customer support to promote a service-oriented focus. Responsible for Preventive maintenance in offices,
  • Work with internal systems and external databases to collect and deliver accurate information to management,
  • Coordinates and participates in the planning and management of small facilities repair and maintenance projects; assists with large projects as requested or required,
  • Act as a Single point of contact (SPOC) for all facility related issues.
