To strengthen our Human Resources team, we are looking for a HR Services Specialist (temporary for 4 months period) with excellent communication skills and knowledge of HR practices.

Performing day to day processing of HR requests,
Recommending enhancements, improvements and simplifications of existing processes and procedures,
Supporting internal customers by communicating, informing and consulting regarding policies and standards
Preparing information and documents for external authorities,
Executing all matters pertaining to personnel for hiring and exit process of employees and maintaining and updating personnel files,
Executing time and attendance operations,
Assisting and taking responsibility in HR database and implementation of Global ABB requirements,
Being open to work as a backup for other HR service lines and project teams, when required.
University degree in Business Administration or Economics,
2-3 years related work experience in HR (employee life cycle, payroll or compensation & benefits related),
Being excellent user of Microsoft Office and possessing Excel skills; exposure to SAP tools is a strong plus,
At least advanced level of English,
Good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills,
Being eager to learn, flexible, open-minded and team-work oriented,
Completed military service for male applicants.
