We are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive - Czech Speaker to manage the operations for our fast growing startup which is based in Ä stanbul .

You Have

  • Fluent levels in both Czech and English and preferably in Turkish;
  • Relevant Bachelor or Master's degree;
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service, content editing, translation;
  • Proven strong communication skills in a business environment : telephone communication and written communication;
  • Good use of Excel;
  • Courage to face with ambiguity and uncertainty;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Hunger for knowledge including new technologies and skills.
  • You Will

    You will have a compound role : moving from translations and testing to customer service activities, with a strong focus on building our new and strong network of professionals.

    You will need to be confident with doing research on your own and presenting the results of your work. You will provide a high level of service for our partners and you will manage all communication with excellence, in written and over the phone.

    You will be solving problems that have never been solved before, so no one will be able to teach you; you will think, try, fail, repeat and win.

    You will collect essential content by contacting providers and you will share it with our Product Management teams. Your job will transform several times.

    Initially you will be taking over simple tasks to learn the ins and outs of Armut, but quickly you will be expected to go beyond, look and see what can be improved and bring your unique contribution.
