We offer you a position where as a Sales Specialist you will demonstrate quality in all actions; train and educate customers on proper use of the Medtronic Biostar, Cardiac Rhythm & Heart Failure products and technologies.
You'll work with surgeons, nurses, research coordinators, cardiologists and other hospital personnel to facilitate optimal outcomes during patient evaluation, pre-implant, implant, post-operative care of the implantables.
You will also work closely with team management and regional CVG-teams (Cardiac&Vascular Group), providing case support to wider team when required.
You'll be responsible for collaborating with marketing / product management, engineering and clinical affairs on key projects and initiatives, working on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors and building productive internal / external working relationships.
In additional to your technical support, you will be responsible to achieve business targets and you will execute on various strategies to develop and grow your business and maintain / increase market shares .

For this role, you will be expected to be located in Istanbul, Turkey; a part of TWAL (Turkey, West Asia, Levant) Region and be responsible for Marmara Region mainly, assist the other regions if required.

Resposible for the Business Unit strategy : development and execution of plans for centers within the assigned sales territory, driving and ensuring alignment of sales and service targets.
Promotes and sells Medtronic’s products and services within assigned geographic area and / or specific customer account to meet or exceed targets.
Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic’s products and / or services.
Identify growth opportunities, ensure the collection of market and competitive data, trends and metrics, ensure inventory management.
Provide technical support, information and demonstration of MDT implantable cardiac&vascular products.
system to clinicians and hospital professionals, consult with physicians and related stakeholders on preoperative, operative and post-operative related issues.
Provide training and education for HCPs in approved sites to ensure proper use of implantable cardiac&vascular products.
Work in collaboration with regional clinical specialist team to ensure Optimal Clinical Outcomes .
Assist marketing in developing training and educational activities and in increasing enrollment.
Provide nursing and / or medical expertise to support case reports, journal articles and clinical reports from clinicians, represent Medtronic at conferences and symposiums.
Communicate customer feedback on new product and / or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
Develop and execute on therapy awareness and market development plans / strategies as needed to treat more patients with therapy. Must Haves
Acknowledged education and degree in relevant field / discipline required such as Nursing (OR, ICU, Cathlab), Biomedical Science / Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital work or clinical / technical support in medical company.
Demonstrated cardiac operating theatre and / or cath lab experience.
Basic knowledge of cardiac diseases, especially heart failure and possible treatment methods.
Medical device clinical / technical support experience and willingness within cardiac surgery, interventional cardiology or endovascular surgery
Willingness to travel up to 75%.
Nice to Haves
Fluent command of English in writing and in speech.
Knowledge of the CVG product lines and therapies.
Insight into legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
