Job Description

Tender process management (Public and private hospital sales)

Portfolio evaluation for Public and private hospital sales. Ensure DEEP tender approval in line with related SOP and product availability

DEEP document validation control to ensure tender discounts are only granted based on the appropriate documentation received from the WHS

Follow up Hospital Market and issue market insight reports

Provide support and be in collaboration with Novartis group companies about tender sales.

Trade Operations Planning & Analysis

Follow up trade models in market for local and MN companies to support Gx portfolio and support new launch strategies.

Provide competitive advantage with innovative trade models

Trade operations management during MA transfers. (Sandoz, LİBA)

Sales campaigns; Pre campaign; Portfolio evaluations, execution methodology, ROI analysis, BPA vali-dation, process approval

Post campaign; Efficiency analysis, campaign payment controls, WHs campaign performance assessment Improve Channel Management process

WHS Satisfaction Survey execution, evaluation and improvement plan according to survey results.

Simplify and automate all possible reports and processes Post audit point and / or recommendation process follow-up with FCC

Trade contracts preparation, in co-operation with related departments, negotiation, CLM process, sign-off and execution (WHS general sales contracts, Sell-

in contracts, Authorized WHS sales contracts, Sourcing and distributor contracts )

Ensure standardization of Wholesaler selection criteria. Ensure regular reporting (NFCM Reporting, monthly SIT reporting, monthly Credit Memo reporting, Sales order change report, WHS Sales Share Reporting)

Automated Daily Sales Reporting to be developed Monthly CM report deck including WHS Sales Share Reporting

Ensure Price and Discount Change Processes are executed in line with related SOP

Control accrual calculation, validation and approval and payment processes.

Control Sales Deductions and Credit Notes preparation, update, sign off and execution process, Channel Management Overall

Management customer communication (Answer the customer request and questions in line with the image and culture of the company) and responsible for follow-

up for customer complaints.

Minimum requirements

University degree in Engineering, Business Administration

Profiency in English (spoken and written)

Channel Management background is an advantage

Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations and / or Channel Management
