Description :

  • The position is the first HR interface to the customer, including Functional Heads, line managers and employees in the country.
  • The position consults with the assigned Business Heads, Line Managers to execute HR operating plans in the local country business / functional unit.
  • The position follows standards and guidelines for human resources operations in the assigned country or country's business unit.
  • It executes all human resources activities including benefits, compensation, staffing, organizational development ,employee relations, operations, and others relative to the country business / functional unit.
  • Duties& Responsibilities :

    1. Consults with Line Managers to set mid to short term local HR prioritiesand operating plans based on defined guidelines / methods from HR Director 2.Budgeting and Cost Management

    Workswith HR Director & HR Business Partner for planning and follow-up ofheadcounts and payroll cost.

    3.HR Operations

    Hasresponsibility for implementing and executing policies and procedures relativeto the HR function in the country

    4.Problem solving

    Determinesbest solutions to issues as relates to the functions. Consults with HRDirector & HRBP for issues that require unique and complex solutions.

    Utilizesresources across work areas and departments in the country.

    Appliesknowledge of different techniques and practices to achieve desired results.

    Requirements :

  • HR Generalist or Business Partner, preferably with multiple industries background such as FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Health Care.
  • A Bachelor level university degree is required.
  • Average of 5 years of relevant working experience is required.
  • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English and Turkish.
  • General knowledge in the human resources field with emphasis on recruitment, training& employee development, performance and talent management, employee relations, corporate culture
  • General business understanding, awareness of financial impact derived from HR decision / policies
  • Communication and messaging skills
  • Ability to build effective relations with internal management & staff and external stakeholders.
