SPARK launches a new programme called Jobs for Refuges and Vulnerable Host Communities in the Middle East’ (covering Turkey, Jordan, KR-I, Iraq and Lebanon, Palestinian Territories) to ensure their increased economic inclusion and facilitate their access to labour market.
Regional Programmes Coordinator will assist the Regional Program Manager for the effective and coherent planning, implementation, coordination and monitoring of the Regional Jobs Programme.
S / he also will provide support national country teams on the partnership management process and ensure appropriate partners are identified, contracted with and managed to achieve the projects.
She / he is also expected to travel between the five target countries. He or she will report to the Regional Programme Manager.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
The responsibilities and tasks include :

Support in project management and regional planning
Lead reporting process and compile the reports received from the country offices,
Provide central support to the country teams for partner / service provider selection and management including negotiation, contracting, monitoring and technical support to ensure partners / service providers deliver results on time and within budget,
Conduct capacity building assessment for the partners and coordinate capacity building trainings for them,
Support donor relation management,
Organise the Programme Steering Committee Meetings and present reports, results and findings as required,
Collect and share information and best practices among the members of the management and country teams,
Work with the support departments such as M&E, Finance and Communication,
Leads the data entering and archiving processes,
Other tasks as required.
Requirements and Skills
University degree in economics, international relations, international development, public administration, management or other related field
At least 6 years of increasingly responsible professional experience in programme management,
Proven experience of successfully delivering multi annual projects across a range of locations,
Proven experience of working with teams of multi-ethnic personal,
Ability to build consensus amongst wide range of views and complex personal and inter-organisational dynamics,
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills,
Fluency in written and spoken English (Turkish and Arabic highly desirable)
Ability and willingness to travel internationally.

Remuneration based on experience from 1.800-2.200 EUR net;
Full-time contract 40h / per week;
