Join the team as Customer Technical Support Responsibilities :
Analyse, investigate and solve the technical issues indicated by the customers
Deliver to the customers the appropriate services for the maintenance of their networks.
Guarantee the highest satisfaction level of the customer through the SLA (Service Level
Diagnose and solve customer’s problems remotely
If necessary, start an on-location intervention via the intervention centre
If necessary, coordinate with product expert
Give information on incident and end it
Identify business opportunities and transfer them to the sales team
Join our team if you have :
Bachelor in Telecom / Data / Computer Networking Engineering or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer facing roles
Basic knowledge of Nokia technologies & products
Excellent communication skills
Team player and able to work on own initiative
Search to learn continuously
Project management skills
