Top candidates will demonstrate a passion for building and expanding business relationships with the largest agencies and brands in the world, as well as mobile-app developers, performance-marketing agencies and other performance advertisers on behalf of the company.

The qualified candidate will have a demonstrated interest and experience in sales, marketing, performance advertising, analytics and business development and will possess an understanding of mobile apps, mobile advertising, video, direct response, and user acquisition.

This position will be based in Istanbul and report to the Team Lead Brand Performance advertising. The position could require occasional travel throughout the EMEA and LATAM regions.

Responsibilities

  • Help grow AdColony’s performance-advertising business with top
  • performance-advertising agencies and publishers (app / game developers)
  • Identify, target and acquire new business opportunities
  • Develop and cultivate client relationships, with an emphasis on superior customer service and positive client experience
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams from AdOps, CSM and Sales to ensure optimal campaign performance, delivery and execution
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from reputable universities,
  • 2 years of ad sales and / or performance advertising experience (mobile advertising preferred)
  • Experience in or a passion for mobile and video advertising
  • Familiarity with performance advertising and user-acquisition buying models (CPI, CPA, CPC, CPCV, CPL, CPA, CPE, ROAS)
  • Experience with 3 rd party in-app advertising tracking and campaign optimization (Tune, Kochava, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of existing mobile advertising ecosystem
  • Passion for mobile technology, iOS and Android apps, and advertising
  • Proven track record in managing and developing client relationships
  • Exceptional consultative and solution-driven relationship skills
  • Ability to collaborate with CSM, AdOps, and creative teams
  • Self-starter with a hunger for new business
  • Positive attitude, energetic with a sense of humor
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities across client needs
