We are looking for a Trade Marketing Head, EMC reporting to CTC Director EMC with the details below;
The job purpose is to build the EMC trade marketing strategy and support country trade marketing teams on providing value added services for our channel partners and patients.
The candidate would be responsible to develop, coordinate, and track the trade marketing activities of EMC with close coordination with global & local trade marketing teams.
Focus of the position will be dedicated on key countries like Russia, Pakistan, Turkey, Gulf & KSA. The candidate will be the key person on orchestrating the execution of Joint Business Plans, Pharmacy of Tomorrow initiatives and enhanced pharmacy e-reach models.
Enhancing digital reach platforms for pharmacies will also be in the scope of this function.

This role is responsible for Trade Marketing initiatives across EMC. (Focused on Russia, Pakistan, Turkey, Gulf and KSA)
Provide guidance and processes to enhance Joint Business Planning capabilities of countries.
Design, plan and deploy EMC led projects to enhance value added services for our channel partners.
Energetic member of a high performing team that can develop innovative strategies and add value to the implementation of the trade marketing plans of the organization.
Develop collaborative relationships based on trust, openness, honesty and transparency. Demonstrate authenticity, values and integrity.
Build and maintain compliance knowledge and implement governance processes across the team to ensure that trade marketing activities take place in adherence to GSK’s prevailing codes, policies and procedures and legal requirements.
Advocate for employee Health and Safety by creating a safe and healthy work environment
Deliver results through the enhanced trade marketing capabilities of EMC.
Support LOCs on digital e-reach platforms like orange line (with OIT tool), prism mobile in scope of strategy, deployment and tracking.
Support LOCs on Joint Business Planning & Value-Added Services projects for the channel partners.
MBA (preferred) or Bachelor degree with minimum of 5-7 years of management experience.
Solid performance record in supporting successful commercial teams (Sales & Marketing) for a minimum of 5 years experience with pharmaceutical industry.
Marketing experience is a must; trade marketing background is prioritized.
Well developed commercial acumen : Including sound business analytics, business case development and commercial modeling.
Advanced matrix management skills.
An understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and readiness to lead EMC objectives.
High commitment to ethical values based management.
Proven ability to implement a team based performance culture.
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with awareness on cultural dynamics.
Resilient, self-motivated and persistent, able to meet deadlines and be effective under pressure.
Experience within the EMC region would be advantageous.
