Your Role The Sales Executive is responsible for winning new accounts within the assigned branch office territory.

  • The position is also responsible for maximizing sales growth from existing customers through the development of new sales, product marketing, and customer support strategies;
  • and achieving specific volume growth targets in the assigned area(s) of the business. Your Responsibilities Acting as the single point of contact for sales of KN solutions and products across all Seafreight, Airfreight & Overland business fields with specific focus on Seafreight Products.

    Developing and maintaining your existing customer portfolio.Obtaining new customers through sales "hunting" activity, correctly assessing the prospective account as profitable, significant or strategic in order to secure winning bids.

    Meeting or exceeding Sales Performance Monitoring System (SPMS) targets and Salesperson activity targetsPerforming all aspects of the sales process and input & update all relevant activities utilizing Kuehne + Nagel internal systems daily such as QT and Corelog.

    Conducting mutually agreed periodic business reviews with the customer and maintain close / ongoing communication with customer and Kuehne + Nagel operations to assure expectations are satisfiedDeveloping and maintaining proficiency in Kuehne + Nagel Systems and Solutions as well as introducing and selling Kuehne + Nagel IT solutions to customers.

    Smooth handover to operation department. Your Skills and Experiences Minimum bachelor’s degree.Minimum 2 years of extensive track record of professional experience and success as field sales representative in the forwarding / logistics sector.

    A reliable, trustworthy and serious demeanour.Excellent negotiating and closure skills, ability to work on your own initiative and in a highly organised way.

    A good knowledge of spoken and written English and native Turkish.Very good computer skills, particularly MS Office.A valid driving licence and able to travel.
