What You’ll Be Doing :
Generate revenue by selling, managing and developing relationships with customers who are trying to transact on our platform.
Serve as key contact person for leads, prospects and customers on all pre-sales activities
Meet or exceed close rate metrics
Manage interactions within company to assure quality service of accounts
Develop / maintain strong relationships with senior level key decision makers. This will typically be engineers and engineering management but may include executive management.
Use our in-house software to manage all phone, online chat and email requests from customers
Curate our online Help Desk to ensure customer can easily find the answers to their questions
Updating the customer database with address and / or contact changes
Work with customers to resolve customer service issues regarding; shipping errors, late orders, pricing / PO discrepancies and technical questions
Provide quotes for prototyping, low and high volume production pricing - This will make up 50% of the daily activities.
Answer incoming calls
Become an expert on prototyping and production processes related to 3DP, CNC, MJF, while growing your awareness for Urethane Casting, and Injection Molding
Entering 3D Printing, Vacuum Casting, CNC and Injection Molding orders
Liaison between departments to resolve post sales issues
Collaborate closely with account executives to help top enterprise accounts satisfy their goals and needs around part creation by processing the high volume / high velocity orders
