Tasks :

  • Manage our key accounts portfolio,
  • Achieve assigned strategic account objectives,
  • Understand and analyze customer needs,
  • Establish strong, long-term client relationships,
  • Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries,
  • Identify and approach new potential strategic customers,
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs,
  • Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner,
  • Contribute to the marketing plan and activities (fairs, campaigns etc.),
  • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams,
  • Monitor sales performance metrics,
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts,
  • Identify new opportunities to increase sales,
  • Creating sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management,
  • Be responsible for achieving sales quota and strategic account targets.
  • Requirements :

  • Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control, Mechatronics,
  • Min 3-5 years of experience in the solution business sales,
  • Experiences in Cement, Mining, Metal, Pulp-Paper industries and EPCs,
  • Analytical thinking, Action & Result oriented and customer focused,
  • Neighbor countries experiences is a remarkable asset,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships and for developing long-term customer relations,
  • An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner,
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude,
  • Team work oriented, change orientation,
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics, legal & compliance issues,
  • Good knowledge in contract and risk management,
  • Having a valid driving license and Availability to travel as needed,
  • Military service should be completed for male candidates,
  • Engineering and project management experience are remarkable assets,
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Russian is a remarkable asset.
