In Sales , you’ll put our customers at the heart of our business. By building strong relationships with every customer, big or small, you’ll help Mondelēz International become the supplier of choice and ensure we deliver world-class execution of our business plans in every store.
The purpose of the position is : Consult to sales team and Mdlz leadersip team to develop sales team’s capability. Collaborate with the program leaders to support RTM (Route to market) plans, sales efficiency and effectiveness, Right Store & Perfect Store strategies.
Owns Capability Management plans of the company to build talents in the team
Implement assessment for the sales team to define GAP’s
Build training programs and implement the programs by directly train the people on the field (min P travel required role)
Connect regional partners and leads to implements training documents & online academy to Turkey
Support HR for succession planning
Manage reward & recognition program and sales conference ceremony
Manage uniform purchasing of the sales team
Manage coaching program for sales team
Manage sales team database and keep it update (around 1300 people)
Track turnover in each level for all channels and define the development areas to decrease
Support sales operations team about the sales processes, tools and systems
Track and report health check results
