The overall objective of the project is to develop national qualifications system, lifelong learning (LLL) strategies.
The purposes of this project are to attract and retain more young people in employment at renewable energy sector by improving educational and vocational training opportunities and strengthening the linkage between formal training and labour market, and to improve LLL capacity of the region.
The intended start date is May 2020 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 36 months from this date. The base of project will be Balıkesir.
The project includes institutional capacity building activities, renewable energy trainings and career oriented courses to e-
learning systems, study visits realized to see best practices in EU countries, workshops and conferences, awareness raising activities aims to create awareness in the society about renewable energy.
The project has five main categories of intervention :

Category of Intervention II : Institutional capacity building
Category of Intervention III : Awareness-raising
Category of Intervention IV : Scientific & Technical Studies
Category of Intervention V : Coordination / cooperation mechanisms
The will assist the Team Leader in sound management and timely implementation of the project through ensuring the achievement of the results :
Target groups in trainings in the scope of LLL, vocational qualifications and adaptability are participated.
Students in national / international programmes are participated.
On vocational qualifications, target groups are tested and certified.
Staff of universities and relevant institutions is trained.
National and international programmes are participated.
Training accreditation and / or training institutions are authorized.
Wide range of people accessed through awareness raising campaigns / events.

Conferences and Workshops are organised.
Candidacies shall be evaluated under following requirements :
Bachelor degree in one of the fields of electrical and electronics engineering or energy systems engineering or mechanical engineering or a related engineering field or in the absence of such a degree, minimum 10 years of education and / or training experience in field of energy sector or in one of the above mentioned fields,
Excellent command of written and spoken English,
Full computer literacy,
Master degree, preferably in renewable energy, will be an asset.
Preferably 8 but a minimum of 6 years of professional working experience in field of training including design and / or implementation of trainings, including training of trainers.
Preferably 5 but a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as trainer in designing, developing and / or implementing institutional capacity building,
Preferably 2 but a minimum 1 year of working experience in the field of renewable energy, (wind or photovoltaic or biogas energy systems)
Working experience in accreditation process in accordance with TS EN ISO / IEC 17024 will be an asset.
