Summary of the job :

This role will support the business units to articulate the valueof meaningful innovation and shape the market to drive access for patients andgrowth for the organization.

This is done through a collaborative approachunderstanding bottlenecks, critically assessing clinical and health economicevidence, modeling the impact of our technologies and translating the knowledgein a way to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Scanning for changes in the environment that may have accessimplications for our technologies and innovation
  • Performing literature searches and critically assessing clinical and healtheconomic data
  • Analysing and drawing insights from data
  • Assisting, reviewing or adapting health economic tools
  • Participate / support global projects and / or process improvement initiatives
  • Qualifications

    Mainperformance measures (Performance Goals)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical / Mechanical / ElectricElectronic Engineering, Pharmacy,Biology, Chemistry or Economics.
  • Post-graduate degree in Economics, HealthEconomics, Life Sciences, MBA, BA or Statistics is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills. Must beable to analyse and interpret complex data from multiple sources.
  • Able to critically appraiseclinical / health data
  • Proficiency in MS Officesoftware, especially with Excel.
  • A strong team player withinitiative who collaborates well with internal / external partners.
  • Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • Proficiency in datamanagement / mining solutions is an asset.
  • Comfortable working with teamsand in global environments.
  • Minimum 3 years experience at amedical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or HEMA consulting company, or atgovernment bodies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of nationalreimbursement system in Turkey is a plus.
