SUMMARY OF ROLE
The MHM Services Engineer maximizes customer satisfaction, business results and profitability by assisting in sales support, in project execution (preparation of the specification, configuration, programming, testing, quality plans, acceptance testing, start-up support) and after sales service for all Machinery Health Monitoring Service portfolio relevant to the domestic market.
PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Relations supports local project & service departments in understanding, managing and achieving each customer’s expectations
Project Execution takes ownership of the engineering activities on all allocated tasks and proactively utilise methodologies, resources and techniques for minimising the execution cost, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality standard
Project Management (when needed)
Deliver assigned projects within agreed scope, cost budgets, timescales and quality.
Manages and reports all resource demand and financial aspects of assigned projects.
Proactive management of change and risk.
Apply PMO project execution methodology to all projects.
Full stake holder management of all assigned projects.
Ensure that all project administration is completed ad project files are maintained.
Involved in reviewing proposals and contracts.
Scope control fully understands the scope of work within their portfolio, ensures that it is delivered to the requisite quality, budget and schedule and that the relevant project manager are fully informed, at the earliest opportunity, of any customer initiated changes in scope
HSE / Quality control ensures that all RS MHM activities are undertaken in accordance with the Company’s quality control processes and that the relevant standard is achieved adheres to company’s and customer HSEQ standards at all times
Technical knowledge acquires, maintains and actively shares knowledge and experience with the local team and the wider organisation.
Provides technical support to FSO in all relevant MHM areas.
Small Projects where the business determines that the scope of a project does not justify having separate profiles, then the roles will be combined, and the Engineer may undertake all delivery roles (Perform design, implementation, testing, system acceptance tests, installation, commissioning, training, fault analysis and rectification work at customer sites and installations.)
Service Execution Delivers Reliability Solution MHM services in accordance with lifecycle services guidelines and certifications (System maintenance, performance assessments, remote vibration analysis, conducting service trainings.
Customer support Be able to troubleshoot customers problems and Manages high visibility issues reporting and be the key contact for the customer while managing the issue with European and Global teams.
Sales support Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales process (effort estimation, risk assessments, demo presentation, solution design ).
Regional support Support the Reliability Solution MHM European Team as when required.
Other responsibilities or tasks including those related to Ethics; Health, Safety and Environment, trade compliance and Information Security policies that are within your skills and abilities, whenever reasonably instructed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Mechanical engineering degree.
Mobius ISO Cat II Vibration analysis preferred
Preferably 10 years of solid experience in process industry Reliability & Maintenance roles, and field implementation with a good track record in
oDetailed technical knowledge in one or more specific technology areas.
oExtensive experience with direct client contact and managing expectations.
Local language skills with proficient English (verbal and written); excellent communicator
Willingness to work flexible hours, if required.
Driving license for car.
