  • Leading of the service team and all operational service processes throughout the Club during your shift
  • Arrangement of employees into their stations
  • Active support of employees in the service flow
  • Organization and control of set up and mise-en-place work
  • Book and accounting of funds in its shifts
  • Preparing shifts
  • Recruitment of new employees
  • Giving ideas to the weekly Menu
  • Welcome, care and advice of guests
  • Conduct regular trainings
  • Daily staff briefings
  • On-the-job-training of new employees, apprentices and trainees
  • Control of budget
  • Ordering and purchasing of products for the Club
  • Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP
  • Work close with the General Manager, Accounting and Human Resources together
  • Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience at a similar environment
  • Detailed knowledge of the menu and drinks menu as well as the Soho House Group and its concept
  • Have always a professional handling towards our guests, members and employees
  • Ensuring that the guest had a pleasant stay and resolve inconveniences as far as possible
  • Ability to train new employees, apprentices and trainees
  • Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP
  • Follow the instructions of the responsible manager
  • As Restaurant Manager be always representative at the Club area
  • Leading of the whole Club Team
  • Be contact person for the guests & staff
