We are seeking an E-Shop Product Management Lead - Digital Saleswith the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Head of Digital Accelerator of Vodafone Turkey.

  • Define and execute digital sales strategy and actions for eshop device sales
  • Seek for and define sales opportunities to increase digital device sales and define sales actions against defined targets and objectives
  • Design ideas are validated through real customer feedback and iterated on to ensure the final journey will work well for all needs of customers and business
  • Analyze full funnel report for end-to-end digital journey and analyze funnel loss and reasons and define improvement areas with a growth attitude
  • Identify design problems and continuosly improve digital UX journey through iterations based on data driven analysis, customer insights, industry researches and best practices, closely monitor the results of improvements thru full funnel resport Work closely with and coordinate commercial and terminal leads on aligning end to end digital sales requirements for device sales
  • Bring product development insights from other OpCos, VF Group, other markets & industries on digital sales and ecommerce areas (thru continuous researches, contacting with key people from other OpCos and VF Group)
  • Understand and define end to end digital sales requirements for device sales journey on Web & App
  • Work closely with Online Developers to ensure business strategies and requirements are well undestood, so that developed product meets quality standards at highest level
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact with other Online stakeholders where needed to ensure eShop product is aligned and working coherently with other online platforms
  • Improve customer experience
  • Drive culture and behaviour change required to build strong digital sales capabilities
  • Work in harmony with agile practices
  • Ensure 100% regulation / legal and security compliance

  • BSc. degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics or similar fields of engineering
  • Min 5 years of experience in Marketing / Sales / Product Development / Digital Services roles
  • Has a strong commercial mindset
  • Highly proactive, have a strong can-do attitude
  • Has passion to learn ecommerce industry and digital sales dynamics
  • Flexible on taking responsibility of other roles (Commercial, UX, Supply Chain, Insight analysis, etc) where needed to build a collaborative team enviroenment and ensure team commitments are met on time and with high quality
  • Flexible mind set to adapt to a constantly changing business field
  • Has analytical thinking skills in every aspect of work and pays attention to details
  • Knowledge and experience of agile working model and / or ability to adapt to agile working environment and dynamics
  • Good at multi-task management
  • Good at problem solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and inter-personal skills
