We are seeking a Digital Interactions Growth Performance Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Digital Growth Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

  • Design commercial plans (1-3+ years) to dramatically increase digital penetration for both consumer and enterprise segment to become the channel of choice for all sales upsell, care and contract renewal transactions.
  • Contribute to departmental strategy. Significant impact on tactical results.

  • Executing strategic growth & commercial plans in order to attract potential digital users and retain existing ones.
  • Manage the digital assets (web, apps, and platforms), including further development and advanced features; from marketing point of view, manages promotional plan and marketing calendar;
  • Implementing Growth Hacking methodology for high growth. Mainly involves analyzing data, setting KPI's, idea generation, high tempo testing and optimizing.
  • Develop relevant content and engagement assets, integrating them with effective conversion funnels in order to drive higher volumes of qualified traffic and increase online transactions
  • Work in harmony with agile practices

  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Knowledge and experience on digital assets
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A / B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • More than 2 years experience in digital industry.
