We are looking for a "Sales Team Leader" for one of our leading client.
Work closely with Sales or Branch / General Manager to maximize his / her teams' productivity and ensure strategic goals are being met,
Analyze sales team performance against relevant KPIs and actively drive the team to hit targets,
Own relationships with key accounts and key opportunities within market,
Meet and exceed quarterly goals related to sales growth,
Prepare departmental forecasts, budgets, and strategic account plans.
Skills And Knowledge;
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience,
6+ years B2B professional selling and customer service / account management experience strongly preferred,
Strong negotiating skills and ability to analyze sales scenarios and work to the best possible outcome,
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices,
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor,
Advanced in using MS Office applications,
Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
